OPEN CALL HIRING TOMORROW 6PM–7PM at ESCO Dallas Restaurant and Tapas. We are looking for EXPERIENCED line cooks, dishwashers, servers, and bartenders. If you have zero experience, this is not for you. If your only experience is club or strip club service, this is not the environment for you. We are looking for full-service restaurant professionals that understand hospitality, urgency, professionalism, and the importance of making guests feel welcome. We need people with actual restaurant skills that know how to properly close out tabs, remember orders, pay attention to detail, multitask during a rush, follow instructions, and move with purpose. We want people that know the 7 steps of service, show up ON TIME, and have actually done this before in a real restaurant environment.

ALL-BLACK PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE IS MANDATORY. You must bring a PRINTED resume showing restaurant experience along with a current TABC, Food Handlers, or Food Manager certification — whichever applies to your position. No exceptions.

If that sounds like you, pull up tomorrow. Open call is STRICTLY from 6PM–7PM. Interviews will end IMMEDIATELY at 7PM.
