Just tapped: Belleflower x Trillium Meadows Double IPA. This DIPA is classic Belleflower from the first sip. Light and fluffy fermentation makes it easy to keep sipping, and the second sip is allllll Trillium vibes. It pours super pale golden, almost glowing in the glass. We dry hopped it with big ol’ doses of Citra, Galaxy, Nectaron, and Nelson Hop Kief. The aroma is packed with melon, strawberries, white wine, papaya, and just the right touch of dank hoppiness. The flavors layer up with a massive medley of tropical fruits, passion fruit and papaya leading the charge. It all finishes with a smooth, easy bitterness that dries things out just enough.

Just tapped: DDH The Other One Double IPA. DDH version of their “Other” DIPA. Double Hopped with Citra and Mosaic, The Other One gives off huge notes of dank mango, citrus rinds, and tropical fruit. If you are not familiar with Double Dry Hopped variations, it is the original recipe but brewed with double the amount of hops throughout. This does not raise the ABV, but intensifies both flavor and aromas.

The Right Course is a non-profit dedicated to providing children with free golf equipment to bridge the gap of affordability and accessibility to an otherwise exclusive sport. By getting slightly used clubs donated they can refurbish them, fit them to size and get them in the hands of a kid who is either already into golf or hasn’t yet discovered their passion for the game.

With programming not taking place during the cold months, they rely heavily on their off-season fundraising to support their Spring/Summer programs.

Stop by PTX Lounge on Sunday (12/15) from 5-7 to learn more about the great work of this organization and make a donation of money and or any used golf equipment you’ve got lying around.

Just tapped/ Tilted Barn X Trilluim! Toadshade is a collaboration brewed with our friends over at Trillium, celebrating a style that is near and dear to all of our hearts: American Pale Ale. We took inspiration for this recipe from beers that have deep roots in both of our breweries. Part Peeptoad and part Fort Point, Toadshade is an aggressively hopped yet beautifully balanced Pale Ale featuring Riwake, one of our favorite southern hemisphere hops.
