The world hands out its shiny trophies and expects us all to bow down, but Denzel clearly gets it. He understands that a standing ovation from an audience fades the second the curtain drops. It’s a harsh reality check for a culture that is absolutely obsessed with status. Are you hustling for the temporary awards of men, or the eternal reward of God?
