With four years in hospitality and a strong eye for detail, she brings a thoughtful, creative perspective to the floor. She’s grounded, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the experience you’re having.

She already knows the Mediterranean menu inside and out and can walk you through it like she built it herself.

Wild Mushroom Mafaldine - mushrooms in garlic butter with peas, finished with parmigiana and a touch of truffle oil. Earthy, savory, and layered without being heavy.

Lemon Shrimp Bucatini - jumbo shrimp, baby spinach, and garlic butter, lifted with lemon and a little Aleppo for heat. Bright, clean, and balanced.

The Meze Platter is Neos Americana doing what it does best: simple ingredients, done right, and built for sharing the whole table.

Summer Devan
Four-plus years in hospitality, and Summer still shows up like it’s day one. Creative by nature (painting, music, styling, hosting) she’s the kind of person who makes everything feel like an event. She knows her wine list, sweats the details, and takes the guest experience seriously. Proudly part of the opening team alongside her twin sister Brooke, she cares deeply about every detail that makes the experience right.

Brooke has spent nearly five years in hospitality and brings the same energy to the floor that she brings to everything else: intentional, warm, and a little bit stylish. Don’t leave without asking her for a cocktail recommendation — she’ll point you to something on our list you wouldn’t have found on your own. She and twin sister Summer joined the Neos Americana opening team together, and the dynamic speaks for itself. Off the clock, she’s baking something, watching something, or planning her next trip.
