Want an international culinary experience without having to travel the world? How about shopping at a Marketplace Bazaar featuring products from around the world or enjoying performances of cultural dancers, musicians and singers? Or perhaps you want to learn the art of Chinese character painting, the art of Henna or learning how to cook some of your favorite international cuisines? And how cool would it be if you could do all of that under one roof? Well, you can, this Sunday, June 1st at the World Food Festival being held at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
Food, wine, microbrews, spirits, shopping and entertainment…sounds like my kind of day! Kick off the summer with this international fun and if you buy your tickets on Groupon, Gazette Deal of the Day or Amazon Local, you can save up to half off, which sounds even better to me.
I had the pleasure of meeting General Manager/Chef Larry Beavers from Salud Tequila Bar (one of the many restaurants that will be at the festival) the other day and got to taste some of the delicious treats he’ll have available at the event.
