High in the French Alps, wild génépy flowers grow in the thin mountain air, and for generations, they’ve been foraged and steeped into one of the most beloved herbal liqueurs in the world. Delicate, floral, a little wild at the edges. This August, we’re giving it the spotlight it deserves with four cocktails built to show off every side of it:
🌼 The French Daisy: Génépy, St. Germain, lemon, egg white, and housemade raspberry jam. Silky, bright, and just sweet enough.
⛰️ The Alpine Meadow: Génépy meets Redemption Bourbon, Amaro Montenegro, and walnut bitters. Bold and a little smoky, with an herbal backbone.
🥃 The Last Petal: Génépy, bourbon, amaro, Benedictine, and peach + walnut bitters. Layered, cozy, endlessly sippable.
🫒 This Shouldn’t Work: Génépy, Licor 43, Breckenridge Gin, lime, and olive. Weird on paper. Perfect in the glass.
Four takes, one Alpine spirit. Come find your favorite this month 🍸
