Josh was one of our favorite bartenders he was also very passionate about butchering and meat which made us hit it off very well. He would often talk about his dream of opening his own gourmet butcher shop.

Our Story

We, Eric and Jennifer, relocated from Napa, California to Cocoa Beach. We found that this place was a gem of all the places we have visited in the world. Our dream was to bring a light and airy place for women and men to taste some of the wonderful libations we enjoyed in Northern California. We had a unique opportunity to purchase a spot in Downtown Cocoa Beach and transform it into our vision of a spot that represents our love of Napa and our love of Cocoa Beach. We love the community here and hope to create a spot that is frequented by locals and tourists where you can have a drink with friends, maybe a light bite and then visit one of our neighbor restaurants for a nice brunch, lunch or dinner. Don’t forget to stop back in after your meal too!
