Saturday: Cash bar for night social. We will supply water throughout the day for workshops, day social, and night social.

Shafeeha Monae, a Trinidadian powerhouse is the co-founder of Afro-Caribbean Connections & Afro-Summer Love Fest alongside partner DJ Kimani Rashad. Shafeeha has a combined 29 years of dance experience in Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Bachata, Salsa and Dancehall and more. What doesn't she know? However, there are a few things that she may share with us, such as Semba, Kizomba, Tarraxa(o) or Urban Kiz. Her passion always shines and her energy on the dance floor is out of this world. Our gratitude goes out to her for sharing her wealth of knowledge with us.

It is an honor to have Lisa Butts, owner of CinciKiz, with us. Lisa has trained in Semba, Kizomba, Afro-body movement, Urban Kiz, and Konpa. She will share some of her eight years of dance and culture experience with us. The joy Lisa brings to Ohio and the surrounding areas cannot be overstated.
