BE's Supper Club FAQ Sheet

What is a Supper Club?
A place where foodies get together to enjoy amazing food in a festive environment.

What is a "Pop Up" Restaurant?
A place where diners can enjoy restaurant food and service in a place that normally doesn't serve food (or at least that particular menu). Guest pay in advance for the opportunity to taste a menu designed by the chef.

Why is it so expensive?
Actually, the cost is comparable to dining at a typical casual restaurant with the inclusion of dessert. Also, BE's sources primarily organic produce and hormone free proteins to ensure the best tasting and healthiest food. Lastly, the Silver Room is not a restaurant so it takes quite a bit of staging to create a dining experience worthy of the venue's vibe.

What is a green event?
BE's wanted to put as little impact on the environment as possible. We are using plates, chargers, and untensils made from bamboo and/or sugar cane. These elements are completely biodegradable.

Can I get tickets at the event?
Probably not.....since seating is limited, they may not be available on June 25th.
