We believe the classics don't need improving. So at ROBAR, we craft quality cocktails the way they were, and the way they're meant to be: satisfyingly simple and refreshingly fresh. Drinks are served with a vintage kind of hospitality and hors d'oeuvres so tasty they just might turn into dinner. Less like a bar, more like a room, our space is a modern take on retro. It’s small but airy, sleek but cozy: a 1950s-inspired distraction from the ho-hum of the everyday hustle. Whether you’re winding up or winding down, whether you've got someplace to go or nowhere to be – you’ll be in good spirits with ours. ROBAR is Chattanooga’s only cocktail bar, and another brand and concept from RAGS Hospitality, located next door to the Local 191 Corner Bar (our sister bar) & The Blue Plate Metropolitan Diner.
