Why is the City of Chattanooga so hostile and unwelcoming to small business? Why does the city make it so DIFFICULT to operate a small business here?? Female-owned businesses, Black-owned businesses, and businesses like ours where the vast majority of staff and customers are women and minorities seem to have the biggest target, and we’d like to know WHY. Why is this?? We deserve answers
