USA Dance Chapter #6021 - Ballroom Dance Charleston We are a social dance club with members who dance at all different levels. We have Saturday night parties each week and offer group classes during the week.

Get ready for a Cha Cha lesson by David tonight from 7 pm to 8 pm, followed by our dance party til 10 pm. Let's have some fun!!!

Admission is $15 for members and $20 for guests, which includes the lesson and light snacks! (For the month of June, the Saturday admission will be $10 for members, $15 for guests every Saturday)

Ready for another month of dancing? See the June calendar at the end of this post.

We have some changes starting in June. David will no longer teach the Tuesday Class. Hannah and Justin will take over that class. They are a wonderful dance couple:

"Justin and Hannah are the current USA Dance National Champions in the Adult/ Senior I Smooth and Standard divisions.

Hannah is also a former USA Dance National Champion in the 9-Dance division and a former finalist in the Adult Championship Rhythm category at USA Dance Nationals.

Currently based in Charleston, South Carolina, Justin works as a software engineer at two tech startups, while Hannah is a Senior Manager of Physical Therapy at the Medical University of South Carolina."

If you've completed the beginner classes and are looking for more, this is your chance!!

We are also offering a lower Party admission rate of $10 for members and $15 for guests in June. Make sure to take advantage of that opportunity.

This Saturday, David will be teaching a Cha Cha lesson, so come and tell him thanks for all the fun classes!!

Last but not least, we have a fun party planned for June 13th. It's a crazy decades party. Pick your favorite one and dig through your old clothes to find a funky outfit and come and join us for a cool evening, complete with an icre cream bar! And don't forget the lower admission price applies to this party as well!

Floats and a Hustle lesson, and you get to dress up (if you so choose) in retro outfits. What could be better? It's going to be a lot of fun!!

It is with regret that we have to cancel tonight's Line Dance Class! Our Instructor has caught the latest bug going around and won't be able to teach.

It's Line Dance Week!! This Friday, we will be practicing all the fun line dances you can do at weddings and similar events. This is not country line dancing (maybe just a little), but we'll be dancing to great tunes like Fireball, Shivers, etc. Come join us from 7:00pm to 8:30pm for a good workout!! Don't forget your water bottles; you will need them!

Additionally, there was a slight change to the Saturday lineup. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Marina will not be able to teach on Saturday, so James will lead the Tango lesson before the party. Come and dance with us!!
