A former bank built in 1853, the space had the history, character, and unmistakable charm of a Parisian brasserie. All it needed was a new chapter.

Our Scallops answer both. Seared to order and set atop a Jimmy Red Corn purée, they're joined by cherry tomatoes, lardons, market peppers, preserved eggplant, and scallions — a bite that captures the season on one plate.
