We’ve invited Vago to Provision to explore a different side of this elevated spirit. Your evening begins with a welcome cocktail and a delectable oyster selection, followed by a guided tasting mat featuring Ensamble en Barro, Espadín by Emigdio, Espadín by Joel, and Vago Elote. Each pour offers its own perspective, shaped by hands, time, and intention.
Co-owner Dylan Sloan will be with us throughout the evening, offering insight into the people, traditions, and decisions behind each tasting and helping each guest find their own connection to what’s in the glass.
Additional upgrade pours along with select bottles from the tasting mat will be available to purchase for an additional price during the event. This is one evening meant to be savored slowly, in good company.
