This weekend in Valparaiso ONLY‼️

Book any time on the sims and you're in. We're putting up a Bettinardi SB5 Antidote Limited Blackout putter, a $550 limited-run flatstick, milled in the USA and blacked out head to toe. One of you is taking it home.

Here's the deal: book any simulator time between now and Sunday close, and you get 3 free shots at our Closest to the Pin challenge during your session. Closest single shot of the weekend takes the putter. That's it.

One tip: get it on the green. Bunkers, rough, and water all add penalty distance, so your score is distance to the pin plus the lie.

It's official! Alpen Haus & The Golf Lodge opens this Friday 🎉🎊

To everyone who signed up, followed along, and asked "any updates yet?!" for the last year: this post is for you.

And one weekend isn't enough for this one. We're celebrating with TWO grand opening weekends at 13 & 15 Washington St in downtown Valparaiso.

Grand Opening Weekend 1: July 31st-Aug 2nd
Friday: doors open at 4pm, Ed Wagner's Brass Band plays 5 to 8pm.
Saturday: 11am-11pm.
Sunday: 11am-11pm, the brass band is back from 12 to 3 🪊

Grand Opening Weekend 2: Aug 7-9th
The German Band takes the stage Saturday August 8th, 5 to 8pm. And if you miss them, they're back August 22nd.

Full German kitchen, the Bier lineup, and The Golf Lodge sim bays all open from day one. We are FAMILY FRIENDLY for all ages!

Seating is first come, first served for the bar opening weekend. Reservations are coming later this week and we'll post the link the minute it's live.

We can't wait to see you all in the Haus.

Let’s answer the question everyone's asking 🛠️

"When do you open?!" We hear it in the comments, in our messages, and every time someone stops us on Washington Street. The honest answer: we don't have a date yet, and we won't announce one until we're 100% sure we can keep it. You've been with us through every step of this build, and the one thing we refuse to do is give you a date and then move it. We're very close to being able to say it out loud. When we do, you'll hear it here first.

So here's exactly where things stand inside 13 & 15 Washington. The bar is being built as we speak, and it's becoming something special. The kitchen is filling up with equipment while Chef Rob and Tatjana are hard at work testing, refining, and perfecting dishes for you. The turf is down in the sim bays, TrackMan install begins this week, and the Alpen Haus side is stacked wall to wall with boxes of everything from steins to schnitzel plates. Every day now Alpen Haus & The Golf Lodge is looking more like what we've been dreaming of instead of a construction site.

What's left is the final stretch: finishing touches, install crews, inspections, and training our team so that day one feels like we've been doing this for years. That last part matters to us as much as the build itself. You've waited this long, and we want your first visit to be worth every week of it.

Thank you for the patience, the excitement, and the kindness this community has shown us from day one. We can't wait to open these doors for you.
