Meet the face behind your next unforgettable dining experience, Tristen. Tristen isn’t just a server; she’s a master of warming hospitality who has immersed herself in the restaurant world since she was 15.

Raised in Carmel with rich Polish and Chinese heritage, Tristen credits her grandparents as her biggest role models and brings that same love of tradition and connection to the dining room. She lives for the moment a delicious bite cues a happy dance at the table! Looking ahead, she's actively channeling her passion for wine and spirits toward earning her sommelier credentials.

Tristen recommends the Honey Glazed Seabass (with crab risotto and Brussels sprouts) or the Lone Cypress sushi roll with our hand-crafted Peach Cardamom Sour. Next time you’re in, say hello to Tristen and let her curate your evening!
