🍷✨ A little look back at a truly special evening in our Laurentian Room!

This past Saturday, we welcomed guests for our Wine Pairing Dinner—an evening of four thoughtfully prepared courses, perfectly paired wines, wonderful conversation, and a few surprises along the way!

👨‍🍳 Chef Matt and his culinary team created a beautiful four-course menu that delivered from presentation to the very last bite, while Rachel and our front-of-house team kept each course and wine pour flowing seamlessly throughout the evening.

🍷 Our Food & Beverage Director, Lyndon, along with Dave Parker from TJ Sheehan, guided guests through each pairing, sharing the stories, flavors, and inspiration behind every plate and glass.

One of our favorite parts? Seeing a room filled with local community members, St. Lawrence University alumni and professors all enjoying the experience together. ❤️

And judging by how many times we heard “When is the next one?”… we may just have to do this again! 😉
