Meet Sabrina - one of our seasoned bartenders and the creator behind some of the most popular cocktails in Ramblas history. Her energy, consistency, and hospitality behind the bar have made her a favorite among guests and our team alike.

Outside of Ramblas, she’s also an amazing mom to Catalina - balancing both with so much heart and dedication. We’re lucky to have her behind the bar.

Ramblas Hospitality Group founding partner Michael J. Limas is currently in the middle of a 10-week sprint as a Visionaries of the Year candidate, raising critical funds for blood cancer research, patient support, and lifesaving treatment through Blood Cancer United. ()

To close out the campaign, Ramblas Hospitality Group - in collaboration with Rubiano Vineyards and Elisa & Ricardo Rubiano - will present The RGV Culinary Collective, a one-of-a-kind evening bringing together every recognized chef of the Rio Grande Valley’s for a cause far greater than ourselves.

Taking place May 27, 2026 at the Brownsville Event Center, the evening will feature culinary collaborations from:
