FYI PSA: How does your package get stuck in the clouds. This package will appear out for delivery and is tagged to a bag delivered to a HUB in West Branch, unfortunately somehow it ended up in our Brown City HUB bag. Its my job to get it back to the distribution center as fast as possible so that it isn't floating around and stuck in someones delivery roster. +2 days min extra for this customer. A daily occurrence. If you are responsible for delivering packages your job does not end with only the packages that "you get paid to deliver" If you stack up problematic packages to send back to the distribution center you are a big part of the problem currently unfolding with late deliveries.
