We’re a Negroni house over here. So much so that we don’t just love them, we obsess over them. Hence why have three to choose between. And today feels like the perfect Negroni weather. And maybe you don’t have to choose, perhaps you get all 3? Or have 6? It’s MDW. Hang out with intention.

Left: Negroni con Café- Madre mezcal, Campari, Braulio, coffee liqueur, J Rieger Caffe Amaro, Antica Carpano and Sospeso Coffee Vermouths and smoked sea salt. Goodbye espresso martinis, we’ve grown and moved on.

Center: Negroni D’or- Citadelle Gin, Alpeggio Hay Liqueur and thistle gentian vermouth. IT IS STUNNING 🤩

Right: Negroni Bianco for an Endless Spring- Mezcal OR Gin, salers gentian, luxardo bitter Bianco, Antica Torino Blanc vermouth, grapefruit and basil. So good we cry a little.

Winner winner, chicken milli dinner! Our oh so crispy chicken served with a crunchy celery and pickled ramp salad, topped with aged white cheddar, and served with the most perfect spring onion cream.

Like a jungle bird, but WAY better. Some’ve even called her life changing and we won’t argue that.

Diplomatico extra anejo rum, Rum Fire overproof rum, pineapple infused Campari, pineapple oleo saccharum pineapple and lime juices, and the creamiest dreamiest coconut.

Pairs perfectly with our patio and a sunny day.

It’s truly Good Days around here 🥹

The dad of one of our lovely guests ordered our ramp agnolotti last week , loved it, and then a few days later showed up with 2-3 pounds of ramps he picked himself from his own garden. Just…because.
This is exactly the kind of place we hoped to build. It feels deeply personal, where people take care of each other, and where ingredients come with stories.
Grandpa Bob, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We appreciate you so much.
