Meet Banana, But Better… — a clarified banana–tequila cocktail designed to take banana from playful to truly elegant.
We start by infusing freeze-dried bananas into Tapatío Blanco 110 — pulling out pure, fresh banana flavor with zero artificial notes. Then we layer in Banane du Brésil for natural richness, Yellow Chartreuse for herbal complexity, and a touch of dry vermouth for balance.
The whole batch is milk-washed and clarified, making it glass-clear and unbelievably smooth — with a bright finish from citric acid and a subtle bitter snap from Peychaud’s.
We stir it ice-cold, serve it up in a Nick & Nora, and give the rim a dusting of house-made dehydrated banana dust — a soft aromatic halo that enhances every sip.
