Boutros takes its name from a bon vivant immensely influential to Chef Dabagh- his father, Pierre ‘Boutros’ Dabagh. His vision is clear; Chef Dabagh has made every effort to create a warm, inviting setting whereby all guests are welcomed like friends and relatives, using communal tables and creating shareable dishes, resembling his own family reunions.
