Named for the Isla Tortuga in Venezuela, the “Tortuga Express” is a refreshing banana swizzle featuring Privateer New England Reserve Rum.

The Tortuga Express is creamy, with ripe banana and date infused Amaro Dell’Etna. This is a dangerously crushable, fruity swizzle with a balancing herbaceous backbone.

If you’ve ever been to Blossom Bar, you’ve more than likely had the pleasure of seeing this gentleman.

His name is Tan.

Tan is a man of many talents.

He has greeted you from the host stand, answered your phone call, taken your food order, served your table, and maybe even poured you a glass of whiskey - possibly all at the same time.

Tan truly keeps our restaurant running and does so with infinite class, charm, and gracious hospitality.

Tan has been at Sichuan Garden since before we became Blossom Bar. We are honored to have him with us!

Blossom Bar at Sichuan Garden will be closed Mondays in July for staff appreciation and summer relaxation 😎
