Eleven years ago today we opened Apres Handcrafted Libations. Today we are feeling all the feels as we celebrate the past but cheers to the next chapter, in Red Wing, Minnesota! Today we cheers to Après, the lessons we’ve learned and the nights we’ll never remember with friends we’ll never forget!

It has been almost a year since we were forcibly displaced from our brick and mortar space in Breckenridge. Since then a lot has changed for our family and today we’re pleased to tell you about our next chapter! As a family we have relocated to Red Wing, Minnesota, a beautiful river community south east of the Twin Cities along the mighty Mississippi! Feeling more at home than we have in a long time, we’re putting down new roots and opening a new bar and restaurant concept in our new community! While we are very excited to announce this next chapter we are sad to say it won’t be a new outpost of Après Handcrafted Libations. Don’t worry though, this is not the end of Après but a new beginning! While a new physical location of Après is not the next chapter for our family we will continue to bring you content about the best in handcrafted libations!! One day we will get to that chapter and open a new ski country location of Après but for now we hope you’ll support our next chapter, Otto’s Public House, a community focused bar serving the best innovative flavors! Our new location may not share the Après name but it will still share the core of who we are and how we do business. The new project will also give us the opportunity to resume bitters production which means new stock and flavors of Après Handcrafted Bitters are coming soon! We hope you’ll stick around and that you come join us for our new adventure, follow us on instagram or Facebook @ Otto’s Public House.
