most impressive wine inventories in the county, Two 40 South features a unique 32-bottle self-serve wine dispensing system, allowing guests the pleasure of sampling a variety of wines with pour options of taste, half-glass, and full glass. Guests may also enjoy wine poured directly from the barrel, providing an ultra-exclusive barrel tasting experience, before only available at a winery. Two 40 South is the only restaurant anywhere with this very special one-of-a-kind offering. An elaborate 12,000-bottle wine vault houses floor to ceiling wine racks, personal wine lockers, and another Enomatic wine dispensing system reserved for only the highest quality wines available. On hand to assist with any questions and pairing suggestions, Two 40 South employs three staff sommeliers, including GM and Wine Director Mitch Sargentl. Two 40 South features an open kitchen dining room with chef’s table, a communal back-lit onyx table, outdoor traditional table and lounge seating, a trio of comfy semi-private cabanas, and a private party room with state of the art AV equipment. Live entertainment, including jazz, flamenco, and blues is performed nightly. Guests may also purchase to take home wine, wine accessories, olive oils, and aged balsamic vinegars.
