Almost 14 years ago, Erin walked through these doors as the restaurant manager of Fireworks. Little did we know then how many memories, friendships, and stories would come from that moment. We were later fortunate enough to take over this special place and create Echo. Over the years, we have been incredibly fortunate to have wonderful employees who have stood beside us. Some are still with us today, and others have moved on to new chapters in their lives. Each and every one of them has been a part of our story. Many have been more than employees; they have become family. Their hard work, loyalty, laughter, and dedication helped shape Echo into what it became, and we will always be grateful.
We've watched your families grow, your children grow up, and we've had the privilege of getting to know so many of you—not just as guests, but as friends. We've shared laughter, tears, celebrations, struggles, fires, floods, and even a pandemic. Through it all, we've been honored and humbled to be part of this community.
Our goal was always simple: to create a place where people felt welcome, comfortable, and at home. We poured our hearts into Echo, and over the years we have kept that our focus.
Now with heavy hearts, not because of sadness, but because they are filled with love, we want to let you know that Echo Restaurant & Lounge will be bringing this chapter to a close in October. After the leaf peepers have come and gone, we will leave with them—humbled, grateful, and thankful for everything this community has given us.
Thank you for every meal shared, every conversation, every laugh, every tear, and every memory. Thank you for making Echo a part of your lives. We truly love you all.
Please come see us before we go. Come say hello, goodbye, or maybe just "until next time."
