POV: Most spectators see the polished version in action. But they don’t see the quiet hours filing forms behind a desk, nor the weeks of planning it takes to successfully conquer the day-of!

In fact, very little of what a mobile bar does is seen by the untrained eye, so I want to show you.

Here’s what we do on every single event day:
- up at 7am
- transport inventory & equipment to venue
- unload at venue
- set up the bar area at venue
- open the bar
- serve at the bar
- monitor group consumption
- ensure venue safety protocols
- coordinate with the day’s timeline
- coordinate with other vendors
- close down the bar
- ensure the venue is cleaner than when we arrived
- transport back to home base
- unload again
- re-inventory & reset our stock
- wash, clean, prime, scrub a dub time
- home at 2-3 am

All in a 20-hr day’s work

And all so you don’t have to lift one finger when it comes to booze regulation, liability, and having a good time. ❤️

Is it all for the love of the pour? Maybe so.

But it might just all be for love in-part of a much bigger picture. We sure love what we do. 🍸 👯‍♀️
