🥬🍴The Chicken Cutlet Kale Salad is here with crispy breaded chicken cutlet, caramelized onion spread, lemony kale, toasted sunflower seeds, and that drizzle of game sauce that pulls it all together.

Come try our Crispy Cauliflower✨ A house favorite for a reason.

Soaked overnight in coconut milk, coated in cornstarch, and fried until perfectly golden + crunchy (yes, it’s gluten-free). Served over a swoop of charred babaganoush, topped with dukkah(a toasted nut + spice blend), pepperoncinis, and fresh parsley.

A signature dish, thoughtfully evolved and still very much that dish.

On the table: Calamari with poblano romesco, chorizo, roasted peppers, shallots, scallions, and kalamata olives (plus Acme sourdough for the perfect scoop). Cauliflower with -pistachio dukkah, baba ghanoush, pepperoncinis, and parsley. And a Beet Sala made with mint raita, coffee-roasted gold beets, beet chutney, arugula, fennel pistachio, feta.

Also… don’t skip dessert. Txistorra in a blanket by way of with house garlic aioli.

And for something sweet we have a Raspberry Chai cake with lemon curd and shortbread tuille, and Basque Cheesecake with brown-butter bourbon butterscotch, also by way of
