After a life long dream of bringing only more to Boerne and the Texas Hill Country, we decided to capture the night life our our small quaint town. Our sister lot next door is Little Gretel Restaurant, where Executive Chef Denise Mazal and daughter, Veronica Mazal

Brown opened their doors in 2009, serving authentic Czech and traditional German food. Salvador DOBBS offers a small menu catered by Little Gretel during their business hours. Salvador DOBBS was former Toyshoppe & Knitting store, Ewe & Eye. After almost 30 years of business we shut the doors and remodeled the building to become Boerne's Night Life Spot! Join us for a specialty Cocktail and try the Juliana from the Bronx.

Man, what a rainstorm that was last night! We got over 3½ inches of rain here at Salvador DOBBS, and check out this creek… boy, is it flowing over the dam! We’re talking LOTS of water.

🍻 Not only do I keep the party rocking and rolling here at Salvador Dobbs, but I’m also proud to serve on the Executive Board of Das Festival of Kendall!

Running a bar is a lot of work, but adding a community festival on top of that takes even more dedication. I do it because I truly love this town and enjoy being involved in any way I can.

If you aren’t already following the Das Festival of Kendall page, go give it a follow and make plans to join us Father’s Day Weekend for the best festival in town!

📞 Attention, ladies and gentlemen! Our phone line has officially been restored!

But don’t get too excited about calling me there… you know I’m never just sitting in the office. I’m usually in the bathrooms cleaning toilets and scrubbing the patio outside, or fixing broken stuff. 😂

Paperwork is for the week… HA! Just kidding. I have to do that too.
