HOOP and YOGA WORKSHOP at 246 Ivy Dr. on SATURDAY, JULY 14th, led by...all of us! I have hoops of all sizes, for all sized people. Come and learn from others and yourself about the magic of the hoop! Come with a trick in mind that you want to learn or share with others, or if you simply want to learn how to spin the wheel around your waist, that's fine too! Sarah McCarthy will be leading us in some yoga to begin, so bring your yoga mat too! Bring a packed lunch if you wish--we will start at 10am and go until 1pm.
