HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! We will be starting PIZZA NIGHT EVERY SUNDAY! We had to do something to get y’all to come in on Sunday nights and what’s more fun than pizza night?!

We will still be offering 1/2 priced glass wines and 20% off bottles. We will be serving a cheese, a pepperoni and 1 rotating specialty pizza. This week is the Elote Pizza with fresh corn, jalapeños, cilantro and lime crema. Same hand made touch and quality ingredients that we are known for.

Some things are worth protecting. And Southern foodways are one of them.

We are incredibly proud to see Austin Sumrall featured in the okra. article, Protecting Southern Foodways - a story that goes far beyond what’s on the plate.

For Austin, cooking has always been about more than making a beautiful meal. It’s about knowing where our food comes from. Supporting the fishermen, farmers, oyster growers, and producers who make our region what it is. Preserving the dishes, ingredients, stories, and traditions that belong to this place. And believing that the best way forward is often to honor what has come before us.

From sourcing Gulf seafood directly from local fishermen at White Pillars, to advocating for the people and waters that sustain them, to creating a distinctly Coastal Mississippi expression of food at Siren Social Club , that commitment runs through everything Austin does.

It isn’t a trend.
It isn’t a marketing strategy.
It’s the correct way to approach food.

We are so grateful to okra. and writer Melissa D. Corbin for taking the time to tell this story and for recognizing that protecting Southern foodways means protecting the people, places, and traditions that make them possible.
