Hi dancers and music lovers. I know it is a little ways away, but we have the tremendous honor and privilege of presenting the one and only Jesus Diaz y su QBA at the upcoming BAILA event on Friday, October 18th. This is a really big deal for me. Those who know me, know how important this party and concert series is to me, a chance to unite people of all cultural backgrounds, genders and ages in one BIG celebration under one roof. We even aim to unite the Timberos and Salseros, which can sometimes can be the most challenging task of all, haha. But if anything can transcend all barriers, it is the music of Jesus Diaz y su QBA, the thoughtful and inspired music choices of DJ José A. Ruíz and DJ Ronald S Palma, and all of the La Peña staff who work hard all month to make this one of the most energizing and life-affirming events in the Bay!
