Formally known as the Captain's Quarters, Down Under Bar is a division of Plum Creek Restaurant in Beloit, KS. Age Restriction: People under the age of 21 are only allowed to be inside the establishment until 9pm. Even if you look old enough, if you can not prove your age with a valid government issued ID you will be asked to leave.
