The entire State of South Dakota has no income tax and operates on a sales tax less than every county in MN pays, and the only difference is they tax clothes. Car tabs are cheaper, property taxes are cheaper, resident fishing and hunting licenses are cheaper, gas tax is cheaper, electricity is cheaper. Difference? South Dakota hasn't had a Democrat in charge of anything for many years. They dont elect m0r0ns to run their state.
