MEDITERRANEAN OIL DIP • $12

Inspired by my recent culinary studies in Spain, this vibrant Mediterranean creation brings together

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh herbs, shallots,
sun-dried tomatoes, Roma tomatoes, artichoke hearts,
Kalamata olives, chili flakes, feta cheese, and a touch of balsamic vinegar.

Served with grilled crostini and designed for sharing.

We introduced it this evening and the first three orders received wonderful feedback from our guests.
