Tonight at Wiscocktail Lounge, we’re serving up our Dog Daze Menu alongside live music from Bobby Zonit from 8–10 PM.

We proudly use hot dogs from Fox Heritage Farms, pasture-raised, locally made, and crafted with the same care Wisconsin puts into its best brats and sausages.

Tonight’s lineup:

The Wiscocktail Dog
A nod to Sheboygan tradition with Düsseldorf mustard, thin-sliced white onion, pickles, and sauerkraut on a Johnston’s Bakery hard roll.

The Outta Towner
Our Chicago-style dog loaded with mustard, neon relish, onion, tomato, sport peppers, a pickle spear, and celery salt on a poppy seed bun. No ketchup. No exceptions.

The BLT Dog
Fresh tomato, shredded lettuce, habanero bacon jam, and bacon aioli. Messy in the best possible way.

And starting at 8 PM, Bobby Zonit brings an evening of mellow jazz, heavy blues, and thoughtful storytelling to the lounge.

Cocktails, hot dogs, and live music in downtown Baraboo. Fridays should feel like this.

• Tuesday: 2000’s Hits Music Bingo at 7 PM
From Outkast to Avril, Usher to The Killers. One of those nights where the whole room ends up singing along.

• Wednesday: Whiskey Wednesday
20% off whiskey cocktails plus neat and rocks pours all night long.

• Thursday:Spellcheck: An Adult Spelling Bee at 7 PM
Study up or wing it. Either way, expect friendly competition, difficult words, and a room full of adults suddenly very nervous about spelling out loud.

Also Thursday: Cheap Date Night
Two Old Fashioneds and a Heggies Pizza for $29.
Pound for pound one of the best deals in town.

Is it alright if we gush for a minute?

When we opened Wiscocktail Lounge, we somehow managed to assemble the Avengers of hospitality pros as our opening bar team.

Every single member of this team is incredibly talented behind the bar, but more importantly, they bring the warmth, generosity, and genuine care for people that we always dreamed this place would be built around.

One of our biggest goals at Wiscocktail Lounge is simple:
We want people to leave feeling better than they did when they walked in.

And nobody embodies that spirit more than Rob Holland.

To call Rob hardworking would be a massive understatement. Shift after shift, he shows up with an unbelievable amount of energy, empathy, kindness, and care for the people around him. The kind of hospitality he gives can’t really be taught. It’s who he is.

We are incredibly grateful for everything Rob brings to this team and this community.
If you’ve ever had a great experience with Rob behind the bar, we’d love your help nominating him for South Central Wisconsin Best of the Best 2026 in the Bartender category.

And if you want to see him in action, Rob will be behind the bar tonight for 70’s Music Bingo which starts at 7 PM.
