Will you join Team Martini or Team Manhattan? Tickets for our next Cocktail Class—Stirred and Bittersweet are now live on our website. Dive into the world of aperitifs and digestifs and learn to wield complex botanicals to highlight the natural character of your favorite spirits! Class runs from 230-430pm on June 20th and includes some of Lars' favorite charcuterie from his days as a Cheesemonger. There's only twelve seats at the bar so grab yours before it's too late!

Please welcome our guest bartender this weekend—Calder Michienzi!

Not only is he a lifelong friend of Lars, he is also a colleague from the Twin Cities hospitality scene—the former bar manager at Italian Eatery in South Minneapolis and the fella who taught Lars everything he knows about cheese when they worked together at Surdyk’s cheese shop.
