Also known simple as the "W", this whiskey is one of 45th Parallel's original lineup. Crafted with Wisconsin-grown wheat grain from Rusmar Farms (just 8 miles from 45th Parallel Distillery), the "W" has nuanced, earthy notes on the palate. It is often considered a more approachable whiskey.

🌾 Mash: 66% wheat, 21% corn and 13% malted barley

Like our other whiskies, the grains for our Richmond Rye come from Rusmar Farms, located just ten minutes from the distillery. It's been almost two months since our doors opened, and we are so grateful for all of the support from the Baileys Harbor community! We took a peek at our top sellers and there are some clear winners from the cocktail bar 🥂

1️⃣ Lakeside Old Fashioned - Our supper club style old fashioned has consistently landed at the top of the list week after week! Made with 45th Parallel Border Bourbon and Orangecello, it's an easy whiskey drink after a long day on the lake.

2️⃣ Classic Gimlet - The 45th Parallel Barrel-Aged Gin takes center stage in our classic Gimlet (and in the Blueberry Mint version). This is a refreshing and bright cocktail that often turns gin haters into gin lovers!

3️⃣ Bloody Mary - Who doesn't love a drink that comes with a snack? Our Bloody Mary boasts many Wisconsin-made ingredients, so on top of being absolutely delicious, you can feel good about ordering this cocktail!
