General information

It is a long single story house. Most noticeable are the large round windows. The windows create striking appearance from the outside and dramatic vantage point from inside. The house is wrapped with smooth concrete stone. Its 114 ceilings give it an ethereal aura, the open space flows elegantly. The floor is white oak, laid in a Chevron pattern, reminiscent of a Parisian apartment. The push-button lighting speaks to the future outlook of the 1920s. The substance of the details are what make this house forever timeless. This house demonstrates some Bauhaus aspects, diverging Art Deco touches, and a definable Modernist approach.
