Job Description
Responsibilities:
Setting up and preparing the dining room prior to service, handling reservations, welcoming and greeting customers and coordinating the work of the wait staff
Ensuring customers have the best possible experience and receive impeccable service at all times.
Must have a thorough knowledge of dining etiquette and protocol, strong managerial and interpersonal skills and a deep familiarity with the food service industry.
Requirements:

Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a fine dining restaurant required, exp. with high volume a plus
Finding solutions to any issues that arise and having excellent project ex*****on
Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
Availability to work on weekends
