The Expat is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team! This is a full-time, salaried position. A minimum of 2 years working on the line in restaurant kitchens required. Expo experience highly desired. We are also looking to add a part-time kitchen position; primarily daytime prep with flexibility for occassional evening kitchen shifts. We’re thrilled to take part in Pelacañas Week, in which we all get to drink Daiquiris and give back to the community!
Lost in La Matcha is bar manager Griffey ‘s layered and verdant spin on the classic rum cocktail. Pear-infused Pelacañas Ron Artesanal rum, St. George green Chile vodka, lime, orgeat, and matcha.
We’re donating $1 from every cocktail sold this week to our friends Farm To Neighborhood to benefit their mission of bringing fresh local vegetables to our greater community in need.
You can also cheer Griffey on in the Dueling Daiquiris Competition Puma Yu’s on Tuesday, July 28th, yet another chance to raise money and sample lots of Daiquiri riffs 🙌
