Yubabas Apprentice ✨

It’s time to say goodbye to our spring menu ❤️ We had so much fun crafting these miyazaki-inspired cocktails (and couldnt let it go without showing off this spirited away themed drink).

This milk washed and clarified cocktail from features toasted rice infused Haku vodka, wasabi, celery bitters, ginger, lime and a mango foam. Topped with this sweet little scene printed on edible rice paper.

We will close tomorrow evening at 11pm, and reopen Wednesday at 6pm with our new summer menu!

It’s no secret that we’ve had a long-standing love affair with (we’ve often thought about building them a shrine in our bar) 🦅 In the spirit of industry camaraderie we’ve kept the colloquial bartenders handshake at $5 a shot since we opened, and we won’t be changing it anytime soon. Come grab one after your shift ❣️

LEMON! ALMOND! LATTE! Ya’ll made this our #1 selling coffee drink last year, and it’s back till the end of summer 🥵

Our baristas love to get creative and a few years ago they showed up for menu workshop and said HEAR US OUT! Lemon latte. We said sounds weird, let’s try it. And after a month of experimenting and recipe fine tuning this fun and unusual drink was born. Bright lemon peel meets toasted almonds, espresso and your choice of milk. Refreshing, balanced and not too sweet.

Coffee is open 10-4 all weekend! Bar open 10am-1am today, and 10am-11pm Sunday.

TONIGHT!!! Friday the 13th dance party with and on the mezzanine🍸 Come grab a $13 espresso martini downstairs, then head upstairs after for a $12 classic or dirty freezer martini and dancing 😈

Martini specials run all day & night (sadly due to our liquor licenses we can’t take drinks from one bar to the next, but we’re not picky about who your first stop is 😘).

Okay Asheville bartenders, it’s been a long time since we’ve thrown down 🤑 On Tuesday March 24th from 6-9 we’ll be hosting the tallest Ramos competition. We’ve got live music from , food from and the chance to take home a trophy, prize package, and bragging rights as Asheville’s #1 Ramos master. We’ll be open to the public with a limited menu for the evenings festivities, so if you want to come cheer on the competitors come on by and bring a friend!

I tira-miss-u is back!!!

This fun and not-too-sweet take on a tiramisu coffee created by .r debuted on our valentines menu last year. She took real mascarpone and lady fingers and infused it into heavy cream, then added little bit of espresso to the mix before aerating it and pouring it over cold brew. Topped off with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, this is definitely one of our favorite coffee drinks we’ve had on our menus!

It’s officially time to put this one on the grid….

NO CRYING IN THE WALK IN 🍲

Our super smart talented bar manager Jay came up with this seasons spirited take on a French Onion soup cocktail. A savory base of mignonette gin sidles up alongside a house-infused caramelized onion and thyme blanc vermouth and beef broth. Olorosso sherry brings richness and depth, while mushroom infused rum adds some complexity. We decided to fully commit to the bit and topped this cocktail off with Gruyère foam, black pepper, thyme and croutons. Served hot, available open to close!

Bars open till 11, come warm up!
