Something’s shaking behind the bar at Hemingway’s Cuba on Saturday, June 13th. From 6PM to 8PM, Miami’s own Giovanny Gutierrez of fame is bringing a little South Florida energy to the rooftop for a special guest bar takeover.

Known for spotlighting food, cocktails, and culture with serious style, Gio is stepping behind the bar and teaming up with our crew on a lineup of limited-time cocktail specials built for a summer sunset in the mountains. Expect bold flavors, tropical inspiration, and a few surprises along the way.

We’ll also have DJ MTN Vibez on-site elevating the vibe with laid-back beats and sunset energy all evening long. Between the cocktails, the music, and the rooftop views, this one’s shaping up to feel a little more Miami than Asheville for the night.

Come early, grab a seat on the terrace, and settle in for golden hour with good drinks, good music, and a little Miami heat high above downtown Asheville. Salud 🍹

Fresh flavors have arrived at Hemingway's Cuba ☀️🌴 Our new summer menu is officially rolling out, bringing bold tropical flavors and plenty of new dishes to explore all season long.

One of our newest favorites? The Tropical Tuna Cups — rare seared tuna served in crispy wonton cups with cucumber, red onion slaw, and a bright orange ginger glaze that brings the perfect balance of citrus, crunch, and heat.

Today is Oscar Wong Day… and we raise a glass to the man who helped put Asheville craft beer on the map 🍻

Founder of Highland Brewing and known as the “Godfather of Asheville Craft Beer,” Oscar’s impact on this community goes far beyond beer. He helped build the culture, spirit, and sense of community that makes Asheville special.
