We need to talk about the bread.

It’s one of the most ordered items on the menu - baked fresh daily, and served with a different daily compound butter from whatever herbs and spices the kitchen desires that day. It could be spicy, sweet, or savory, depending on the mood.

Fun fact: the ‘Salty Bread’ recipe is from Rochester, New York. One of our owners, Colin, grew up with friends whose parents owned a bakery there, and when Seasalt opened, he asked for it - promising to keep it a family secret.

Tonight's Fish Of The Day: Onaga, known in Hawaii as ula'ula koa'e - the longtail red snapper- pulled from deep, rocky water and prized for its buttery, delicate flesh.

Beyond the taste: it's an excellent source of lean protein, low in saturated fat and sodium, and packs about 875mg of omega-3s per 4-ounce serving, along with niacin, vitamin B6, B12, phosphorus, and selenium.

Escape from work for an hour this week and join us for lunch.

We recommend the Ōra King Salmon dish. Pan-seared New Zealand salmon over whole-grain mustard spaetzle and chilled kale served with charred lemon vinaigrette. A 5oz lunch portion has about 30g of protein.

Have it out on the patio with a Cherry Lime Seltzer.
Retired? Make it an Aperol Spritz instead.

The Food: Executive Chef Alfredo Malinis and Sous Chef Justin Gill have crafted a delicious Four-Course Menu for you to enjoy, featuring Hamachi Crudo, Seared Duck, Mushroom Risotto, 45-Day Aged Rosewood Wagyu Beef, and more.

The Wine: Hook & Ladder crafts limited-production, estate-grown wines from vineyards across the Russian River Valley and its Chalk Hill sub-appellation. The name pays homage to Cecil De Loach's 17-year career as a San Francisco firefighter.
