MAY 5th!!!!!! CINCO DE MAYO!!!

Hola tango friends! Introducing a new Blue Moon Tango production ....Attraversiamo! This means "let's cross over". This milonga is primarily alternative music comprised of newer tango compositions, Nuevo and contemporary selections.
Produced in partnership with Tango Popolare. Come celebrate your Cinco de Mayo May 5th in Anacortes!

*Please note, This is not on the scale of my charity BlueMoon events. No performances or movie and food quantity , not quality, is scaled down. This is a yummy evening of tango to explore the connection to uniquely rich alternative music selections.

Blue Moon Tango The ELEMENTS August 6th , 8pm to 12:30am Anacortes Historic Train Depot. Freight doors will be open for heavenly cross breezes,inside beautiful wood floor, outside intimate dance floor on plaza under the stars, Elements performances extraordinary, Music to take you on a journey of connection, delicious food and a huge screen of element imagery to create an unforgettable experience just for you! Some accomocations still available in Anacortes. Arts Festival in full swing from Friday through Sunday. Music, artists at work, street buskers, multicultural food and music abounds. DON'T MISS THIS WEEKEND OF FUN!

Proceeds go to support our local Anacortes Family Center. They provide transitional housing, education and counseling for homeless women and children in our area. Come help make this a HUGE success while filling your souls with exquisite connections and write the memories on your hearts!

Well just when you thought Blue Moon Tango "The Elements" could not get any better...WELL it just DID!!! Through the courtesy of the Majestic Inn and Spa we will now have an intimate OUTDOOR DANCE FLOOR!!!!! This is your chance to dance under the stars on a hot summer night. Enjoy your indoor dance floor in the Historic Anacortes train station in the light of the beautiful images of the elements while all FOUR large freight doors are open creating a magical cross breeze to cool your hot embraces! Then step outside to experience an intimate tanda with someone special:) under the stars and café lights. Combine this with beautiful performances expressing the essence of the elements and delicious food from local businesses and Music to carry you throughout the journey and into those euphoric tango moments....well you have it all! Don't wake on Sunday morning and be one who wishes they had been here. Make it so!

All this and your attendance supports the Anacortes Family Center a very worthy organization who provides transitional housing, education and counseling for homeless women and children of our area. Go ahead and click that GOING BUTTON! Feel good while doing good.
