Morty’s Oyster Stand Opening Soon in Montauk

Morty’s Oyster Stand is bringing the flavors of New England to the East End! Opening at the site of the former Cyril’s in the Hamptons this season, Jeremy Morton and Jack Luber are working together with hospitality veteran Charles Seich of critically acclaimed Ferris in New York City to create a casual, cool and refined restaurant and bar inspired by sustainable seafood, East Coast Oysters, and coastal cuisine. The team has tapped notable chef Sam Talbot, who first put The Surf Lodge on the map, to head the kitchen of this summer seafood destination.

Serving lunch and dinner each day, this eatery offers sustainably sourced seafood, raw bar, and local produce prepared with inspiration from New England and other Coastal Cuisines. Be sure to check out their beverage menu consisting of specialty cocktails, frozen beverages, craft beers and a concise list of white wines, roses and summer reds!
