Cici’s Signature Drinks has a NO REFUND POLICY! I WILL NOT negotiate my terms with anyone. I ONLY give refunds when there is something that happens on my end where I am not able to fulfill the entire order or part of the order. If you order an drink and something happens on your end that isn’t my problem because products have already been bought. My products costs money alcohol costs money and this is a business and I will run it as such . I will not bend the rules for one because then I will have to bend the rules for everyone
• ALL Drinks NOT picked up when given an confirmation (after 12 hours) WILL BE CANCELED & NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN!
• For all non same day orders ! There is a 50% non refundable deposit.
• All deposits are NON-RETAINABLE & are due upon confirmation to secure your order.
•All orders under $50 must be paid in full
•If I’m delivering and you don’t come out within 10 minutes , I will pull off and their will be no refunds given. *
Any messages after business hours will be responded to the next business day.
(Please be mindful that I make my own schedule so, therefore , some days I may not be open)
