October 15 — Classique at Tavern.
Romain Robic and François Crespeaux from Classique are joining us from Paris’s 9th arrondissement for one night behind our bar.
They’ll be serving a 3-cocktail menu built around their take on the classics, alongside a selection of low-intervention French w**es.
Classique takes the familiar Paris bistro and brings it into the present — straightforward drinks, good w**e and the kind of hospitality they’re known for back home.
