For the past 15 years, our philosophy has remained unchanged: authentic French cuisine, timeless recipes, exceptional ingredients, and warm, genuine hospitality. Today, we are delighted to unveil our newly redesigned menus, featuring our signature French classics, an expanded wine selection, one of the finest French wine lists in Istanbul—carefully curated and selected with one goal in mind: customer satisfaction—and our new “A French Kiss” three-course menu.

In accordance with Turkey’s new restaurant regulations, our menus now clearly indicate the calories of each main dish as well as gluten-free options, allowing our guests to make informed choices while enjoying an exceptional dining experience.

Our kitchen is led every day by Chef Resul Bey, whose passion, consistency, and dedication have made Le Fumoir one of Istanbul’s most respected dining destinations. Together with our loyal Turkish team—many of whom have been with us for years—he brings every plate to life with precision and care.

Since 2011, Le Fumoir has been a true institution and the only French gastronomy restaurant in Istanbul, celebrated for its timeless classics, impeccable sourcing and unforgettable panorama over the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn.

Born in France, the entrecôte comes from the rib section of the beef, prized for its perfect balance of tenderness and flavor. Traditionally served in Parisian brasseries with simple accompaniments, it became famous for one reason: when the cut is exceptional, nothing more is needed. Pure meat. Pure pleasure. A cornerstone of French culinary culture, enjoyed from neighborhood bistros to legendary tables.
