Dawn Flower to Night Bloom
Our mixologist, Game from Akoya | Beach Lounge said I see myself as a bartender, like a flower. We are expected to stay bright, vibrant, and always ready to bloom.
☀️ Sunrise Drink: Dawn Flower
In my work, I compare myself to a flower, always full of life and energy. Morning flowers bloom with sunlight, bringing freshness and vitality.
Inspired by this, I created a cocktail that reflects that feeling.
A White Lady direction with gin as the base, balanced with calamansi for bright acidity, longan for gentle sweetness, and Giffard elderflower liqueur for delicate floral notes.
Fresh, elegant, and full of life, like a flower in the morning light.
Finished with a light float of Giffard Lichi-Li and citric solution.
Inspired by Émile Giffard’s vision of freshness and balance.

Calamansi cordial 10 ml
Citric Solution 30 ml
Orange Bitter 3 dash

As night falls, we are still expected to stay vibrant and bring energy to every guest.
This cocktail carries that spirit, deeper, bolder, and more intense.
Inspired by a Whiskey Sour, it blends layers of flavor into a balanced yet complex experience.
Influenced by Émile Giffard’s passion for crafted liqueurs, this drink is designed to elevate the night and create a memorable moment.
